Scott Park – A Long Time Ago – The Vehicles of the Star Wars Trilogy

That’s no Moon !

Alors que la tempête Star Wars arrive à grands pas, Scott Park, apparaissant souvent dans les pages de Geek-Art (sa dernière parution en date étant un poster sur les véhicules de Mad Max Fury Road), apporte sa pierre à l’édifice. Ce designer Canadien a en effet surmonté sa peur du Côté Obscur et s’est enfin attaqué aux véhicules de la trilogie originale, avec 3 visuels dédiés aux épisodes 4, 5 et 6 à couper le souffle. Il l’admet lui même, « c’est étonnant compliqué et un peu effrayant de se mettre à travailler sur une série que j’idolâtre depuis toujours ». Le résultat, on le rassure, est bien là, avec tous les véhicules identifiables de la trilogie, dans leur ordre d’apparence ! N’oubliez pas de jeter un oeil régulièrement à son site !

Whereas the Star Wars storm is just beginning, Scott Park just finished his brand new pop culture vehicles tribute. This Canadian designer is usual to meet in those pages, recently seen with his Mad Max Fury Road tribute. But he finally overcame his fear of the Dark Side (as he says, « it’s weirdly daunting to tackle something you adore so much »), and spent two months working on the vehicles of the original Star Wars Trilogy. Here you go, 3 new posters featuring all the vehicles from the movies, in their order of appearance ! And that’s no trap, my good sirs, this is really stunning work.
